SHIPPING POLICY

Flat rate shipping fee $5.

We offer free shipping for orders over $75.

Orders ship within 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be delivered. 

Hayfi Clothing Company is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit, delayed delivery, lost/stolen packages, etc. after your packaged is shipped, it is in the hands of usps.

If you have any questions about your package you will need to contact your local post office to obtain information regarding your package. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE/RETURN AN ITEM PLEASE FILL OUT OUR CONTACT FORM STATING WETHER YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE ALONG WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER. 

Hayfi Clothing Company accepts exchanges and returns by mail within 15 days of delivery date. Item(s) must be in original condition to receive an exchange or refund. We do not supply return shipping labels, customer is responsible for any shipping cost required to return products. Once item(s) are received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. For exchanges please allow 1-2 business days for item(s) to ship and 3-5 days for delivery. For refunds a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for refunds. 

Body suits, undergarments, etc. are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
